For performance and capability, the 2025 Chevy Tahoe comes standard with a 5.3-liter V8 engine delivering 355 horsepower. You can step up to the optional 6.2-liter V8 that develops 420 horsepower, with power sent to the rear wheels through a ten-speed automatic transmission. South Portland drivers can also opt for the available 3.0-liter Turbodiesel engine that delivers 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque.

For your weekend getaway trips, you can tow upwards of 8,400 pounds when properly equipped. You can also achieve up to 20 miles per gallon on the highway.

Design

When Portsmouth, NH drivers set forth on their journey, they'll confidently do so. The exterior of the 2025 Tahoe boasts a no-nonsense front facia with a distinctive grille that takes inspiration from the range of Chevy trucks. The commanding facia also features LED headlights with distinct C-shaped daytime running lights. For 2025, shoppers can choose from two new colors including Cypress Gray and Lakeshore Blue Metallic.

Inside, the interior cabin is festooned with many comfort options that allow all occupants to sit back and relax on their long journeys around the Scarborough, Maine, area. You can choose from several upholstery options, including wingtip perforated leather seating, delivering that next level of comfort. In addition, the interior offers a newly designed center console with optional authentic wood trim that gives the expansive cabin a lived-in feel.

Other options include Galvano chrome and optional red-stitching available with the RST model. You can also easily load up the available 123 cubic feet of cargo space using the optional power rear gate.

Technology

For technology, Portland, ME drivers can explore their favorite apps while on the move through a new 17.7-inch infotainment screen. As standard, your favorite media is at your fingertips with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration. Further, all your passengers can stay connected on the road with a Wi-Fi hotspot.
