I find that the service techs are knowledgeable and have always accommodated my needs, providing a ride to and from the dealer. They are upfront with pricing and do not pressure you into paying for a service or parts that can wait a little longer. They do bring it to your attention though.

I scheduled an appointment for oil change , air filter and inspection. You were out of air filters and refused to pass my inspection. First I was asked if I want a free appraisal of my car. No thanks. Before you started the inspection you should have know that I did not attach the front license plate. But you decided to fail my inspection and charge me $12.50. Great way to piss off your customers. This was my first and last visit.
